Ingredients for Keto Garlic Parmesan Wings
- 4 pound thawed chicken wings.
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated.
- 2 pound of butter.
- 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
Instructions for Keto Garlic Parmesan
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 360°F. Pour oil inside the air fryer.
- Put butter in a hot pan; After the butter is melted, add the parmesan cheese and garlic. Stir well, but not too hot.
- Remove the preheated air pan from the air fryer and line the pan with paper towels. Place each wing on the mat after brushing with garlic butter.
- Fry the wings at 360°F for 25 minutes, shaking the basket every 3 minutes. Next, use your air fryer for 10 minutes at 360°F, brush with more garlic butter. The temperature fluctuations add to the brittleness without burning.
- Find the largest wing and check the temperature with a meat thermometer. Make sure chicken is at least 120°F before serving. If necessary, increase the cooking time to 120°F.
