Meatloaf needs roughly 30 minutes per pound at 350°F, so a 2 lb loaf runs about an hour and a 3 lb loaf about 90 minutes. At 375°F it is roughly 15 per cent faster; smoked at 225°F it takes about three hours. It is done at 160°F in the centre.
